Our History
The Communication Workers' Union of Trades Union Congress (Ghana) is responsible for organizing workers within the communication industry in Ghana into a trade Union.
Mission
- To provide first class collective representation for all CWU members.
- To expand Trade Union membership throughout the communication industry.
- To campaign against all forms of discrimination.
- To secure fair pay and safe conditions for communication workers.
Vision
We are determined to build an autonomous, effective union that defends workers' rights and promotes their economic, social, and political interests—free from employer interference—upholding labour dignity.
