The Communication Workers' Union (CWU) is the only union within the trade union fraternity that represents and supports workers in the telecom and digital sector.

We support employees across mobile networks, internet services, broadband operations, customer support, technical services, call centres, infrastructure maintenance, and digital communication systems. Our members work in different areas of the industry, including network operations, engineering, installations, customer service, administration, IT support, sales, and field services that keep people and businesses connected every day.
