Tech Sector

Together, with support from UNI Global Union, Communication Workers' Union (CWU) organizes unions in the tech sector (Content Moderators, Data Labourers and other data supply chain workers from AI and tech companies).

Our mission is to change their conditions of work through union formation, organizing for fair treatment and ensuring that workers' voices shape the new world of work.

Our flagship campaign calls on all tech companies to uphold fundamental human rights and ensure decent working conditions throughout their supply chains.

Workers in data enhancement deserve a living wage, safe employment, free and fair right to form a union without employer interference.
